Tôm hấp bí ngòi rất dễ làm, không tốn quá nhiều thời gian mà lại thanh nhiệt, giải độc. Tôm giòn ngọt, thịt béo bùi, bí vừa chín tới, không bị nhũn mềm. Món ăn này phù hợp với những ai muốn giải nhiệt cho cả gia đình.
Bí ngòi rửa thật sạch, bỏ vỏ hoặc để nguyên vỏ tùy ý thích. Bởi bí ngòi non thì mình có thể ăn được cả vỏ. Cắt bí thành nhiều khúc khoảng 3 - 4cm, dùng muỗng múc bỏ phần ruột bên trong ra. Tôm bóc vỏ, chỉ giữ lại phần đuôi, bỏ chỉ đen, rửa sạch. Ướp tôm với ½ muỗng hạt nêm, ¼ muỗng tiêu. Thịt bằm đem trộn đều với 1 muỗng nước tương, một ít hành băm, ¼ muỗng tiêu, ½ muỗng đường như đã chuẩn bị ở trên cho ngấm gia vị.
Cho thịt băm vào 1/3 khoanh bí, sau đó đặt tôm vào. Nén đều. Xếp bí ra đĩa. Đun sôi nước trong nồi hấp và đặt những khoanh bí vào. Hấp lửa liu riu khoảng 15 phút là hoàn tất.
Trình bày bí ngòi hấp tôm thịt ra đĩa, trang trí vài nhánh ngò tăng mùi vị cũng như cho đẹp mắt, rắc ít tiêu xay. Thưởng thức cùng nước tương ớt tươi và cơm nóng 😍
